Hello, my name is Nina. I am a mom of four boys 10, 6, 5, and 8 months. They are the drive for my business. I saw a need in our community for more toddler related party ideas in our area and ran with the idea. I have been in customer service for 12 years and loving helping people. Providing the best customer experience and creating an unforgettable party for you and your children is my goal. I can't wait to meet you at your next event!
What is soft play Rental?
We offer party rentals for Infants and toddlers crawling to age 4. It is great for kids that are crawling, newly walking, or can trip and fall easily. Allowing children to play in an area with soft surfaces. This type of play encourages physical activity, independent movement, release of energy and sensory stimulation in a safe environment.
How to Book?
Please go to our booking website, a signed contract and $75 security / damage and cleaning deposit is required to reserve date.

When is the full amount due?
The full payment is due one week before you event date.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery cost amount varies.
Free: Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Paulden
$1.55/mile: Outside of this delivery area.
What is required to book outdoors?
If the equipment is set up in dirt or grass an extra $25 cleaning deposit is required and area must be raked prior to our arrival . A fully shaded area or canopy is required May through August. One is available to rent for $30.
When is the latest you pick up?
8pm is the latest we pickup.
Are the rates listed per hour?
Our rates are for 3-hour blocks. additional hours can be added.
What type of surface can you set up on?
We can set up on most surfaces if it is level! Asphalt and concrete are best. we do not set up on rocks.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellations: Cancellations are allowed however deposits are non-refundable after 14 days prior to the event.
Reschedule: please give us 48 hour notice to reschedule an event.
What should we do to prepare?
Measure! Make sure you know where your rental will fit. Make sure your space is ready for rental instalment. Make sure you have raked the outdoor area if on dirt or grass.
Do you deliver and set up equipment
Yes! We deliver, set up, and tear down at your location of choice. please keep equipment together till we get there to tear down.
Is there an extra cost for holidays / holiday weekends?
Yes, we charge an additional 30% for holidays and holiday weekends.
Do you have a weather policy?
Yes, if your event is outdoors. We do not set up if chance of rain or snow is more than 30%. We will not set up with in 24 hours of it raining. If this happens, we will reschedule to any available date with in 6 months from original date.
